Cannon River Ranch is a 685 acre property located in Northern Michigan with 7 miles of riverfront on the Pere Marquette, a national scenic and wildlife river. In 2017, after being a family retreat for over four generations, the ranch was seeking new ownership.
The brand identity and website created for Cannon River Ranch captured the rustic and peaceful nature of the enormous property and it’s unique assets. In order to best reach the pool of prospective buyers, an aggressive marketing campaign was executed including a property video, offering memorandum, postcards, e-marketing & social advertising.
